WE SUPPORT FLOURISH

We have been supporting local charity Flourish since 2024.

Based in Leamington Spa, close to Caterpillar Cross Stitch HQ, Flourish offer one-to-one and group mentoring programmes for girls from all walks of life, who are dealing with anxiety, pressures, low self-esteem, and issues that are holding them back from being where they want to be. They work with girls to create a newfound confidence and stronger emotional resilience.

"Created for girls, shaped by women. We’re here to listen, understand and support this generation of girls, providing a safe space for them to talk, share their concerns, and explore their challenges and goals. Using creative techniques, we help them to recognise their self-worth, live to their full potential, and get to where they want to be. We deliver personalised programmes and resources to drive effective one-to-one mentoring and group sessions that support positive mental well-being, helping young girls to flourish with greater self-esteem and stronger emotional resilience."

We really admire the work that Flourish are doing to support girls and young women, and we are proud to be a charity partner. We have so far donated over £2,000 which has in turn helped to support over 380 girls grow in confidence and find their voice. With your help, we look forward to being able to support many.

Charity Giving

We are proud to be in the position where, together with our community, we can support charities and initiatives with donations and gifts. To date we have raised over £14,000, and donated numerous kits and supplies.

Blue Marine Foundation - £100 through sales of our turtle needle minders

British Red Cross Ukraine Appeal – over £3,100 by the sale of various PDF patterns

NHS, Keyworkers and Coronavirus charities - £3,000 through sales of our Positivity Rules cross stitch kits and donations of kits and other products

Australian Bushfires – over £3,300 from the sale of koala needle minders

Cancer Research UK – over £1,400 through sales of our 'Be Brave' needle minder or pin badge

MIND – over £850 through sales of our 'You Are Enough' magnetic needle minders

Friends Of The Earth - £198 through sales of our ‘Bee Kind’ bumblebee needle minders

Shakespeare Birthplace Trust - through sales of a Shakespeare quote cross stitch pattern

Free Gifts - we donated numerous cross stitch packs to local primary schools, Coventry Haven Women's Aid and Myton Hospice in Warwick.
